A - How to book a vehicle

Simply rent your transporter or 9-seater online and create your personal customer account.

Select your city, your preferred vehicle and the desired time period and customize your booking with optional offers. For contactless pick-up, please create a personal customer account during the booking process.

B - ID-Check

Upload your ID, driving license and a photo of yourself.

Anyone who wants to drive our vehicles must prove that they have a valid driving license. For this purpose, we are required to ask for an ID-Check. For non-EU driver’s license: Please check with our customer support team beforehand if we accept your driving license. Log in to your customer account and open the link to the ID check to upload a photo of your ID, your driving license, and a selfie. If possible, you should do this before the start of the rental, as there may be delays in picking the vehicle otherwise.

C - Pick up vehicle

Open your booking in your customer account and follow the guided pick-up process.

Once you have arrived at the vehicle, log into your customer account and press the "Fahrzeug abholen" button. You will see the cars number plate and the exact pick-up location. Additionally, you will receive this information 30min before the start of your booking via email. Should you not have access to your customer account, you can pick up your rental by telephone. You can reach our customer support team daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 0351- 32 13 16 17. Please have your booking number ready.

D - Take pictures

Before you start your journey, please take pictures of your vehicle.

After picking up your car, you will be instructed to photograph your vehicle from every side. This is to ensure you are aware of any damage caused by previous hirers. If you find any new damages, please contact our customer support team via 0351- 32 13 16 17. It is best to take the pictures so that two sides of the car can be seen in every picture - i.e. diagonally across the corners, as it will be displayed when you collect the vehicle.

E - Open vehicle

You can now open your rented vehicle with your smartphone.

Once you initiate the pick-up process in your customer account, we will send you a PIN via SMS with which you can open the car. By entering the PIN in the field displayed, the doors of the vehicle will be unlocked.

F -Let's go

Check the mileage, any previous damage and drive off.

You will find the vehicle key in the glove compartment. Before you start your journey, please enter the current mileage, and compare the damage report. If you find new damage to the vehicle that is not recorded in the damage report, please document this directly when you open the vehicle within your account or by calling our customer support team.

G - Refueling

Start with a full tank, return with a full tank.

You will be picking up the vehicle with a full tank, accordingly we ask you to return it with a full tank. Our vehicles run on diesel. Our electric vans can be charged on site.

H - Vehicle return

Return your vehicle via your customer account.

Please return the vehicle to the same location you picked it up from, after you refueled it. E-transporters are plugged into the designated charging point when they are returned. Please follow the instructions in the return process of your customer account. You can initiate the return of the vehicle by logging in to your customer account and pressing the "Fahrzeugrückgabe" button. Among other things, you will once again be asked for pictures of the vehicle, the mileage, and any new damages. Please put the vehicle key back into the glove compartment. Please leave the vehicle in a clean state and give it a quick sweep through. Please check at the end whether the vehicle has been successfully locked.
